Karachi: Police have yet to complete their investigation into two cases involving drugs and illegal weapons registered against accused Anmol alias Pinky and others at Karachi’s Garden Police Station.
The cases were heard by a judicial magistrate in Karachi’s South district. During the hearing, the investigating officer requested additional time to submit the final charge sheet, prompting the court to express displeasure over the delay.
The court declared the interim charge sheet final and transferred the cases to a sessions court for trial. It also directed the investigating officer to submit the final charge sheet before the sessions court.
Anmol alias Pinky, Sohail, Zeeshan and Aqib have been arrested in the drug-recovery case registered at Garden Police Station. A separate case concerning the recovery of an illegal weapon has also been registered against Anmol Pinky.
