Rain-wind thunderstorm expected in KP, Punjab, Kashmir & Islamabad

Islamabad (PNI) According to met office Islamabad a westerly wave is affecting western parts of the country and is likely to grip most parts on 29th March and persist over upper parts of the country till 31st March.

Rain-wind thunderstorm is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Kashmir, Islamabad, Potohar region, north-eastern Balochistan and lower Sindh. Isolated hailstorm (snow over upper high mountains) is expected during the forecast period. Isolated heavy falls is also likely in north-eastern Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Past 24 Hour Weather
Weather remained dry in most parts of the country. However, rain occurred in Gwadar, Panjgur, Balakot, Rawalakot Quetta and Gupis. Rainfall (mm) Balochistan: Gwadar 16, Panjgur 07, Quetta (Samungli) 01, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Balakot 04, Gilgit-Baltistan: Gupis 01.
Today’s Recorded Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): shaheed banezarabad 38, Mithi, Mohenjo Daro, Sakrand and Tando Jam 37.
