QUETTA, Feb 29 (Online): Speaker and Deputy speaker of Balochistan Assembly (BA) have been elected unopposed.
Secretary BA has announced that speaker and deputy speaker of new provincial assembly have been elected unopposed.
Abdul Khaliq Achakzai from PML-N has been elected as speaker and Ghazla Gola from PPP has been elected as deputy speaker of BA.
Newly elected members of BA have met with PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and matter of formation of new government was discussed in the meeting. MPA Abdul Hamid Badini also participated in the meeting.
During the meeting all the MPAs announced to extend full support to PPP in the process of government making.
