ISLAMABAD, NOV 03 (Online): The project for connecting different sectors of Islamabad with Metro bus system has been launched under the directives of Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif.
As per project first phase of feeder routes bus net work having 13 routes and 128 buses will be completed in the first quarter of next year.
In the first phase besides F, G and I sectors , D-12 sectors will be linked to central metro network through buses. Through these feeder routes travelling facilities of international standard will be provided to one lac commuters.
PM Shahbaz Sharif has directed to complete the project on priority basis.
