DI Khan OCTOBER 09 (Online): 1 officer was killed and 2 were injured in the terrorists attack on Hathala police station in Dera Ismail Khan.
According to police, last night unidentified terrorists had attacked Hathala Police station with heavy weapons and hand grenades in which 3 police officers Hanif, Syed Mumtaz and Wakeelzada were severely injured. They were immediately transferred to District Hospital Dera.
1 officer succumbed to injuries and died during treatment on Monday morning.
According to police, the deceased employee belonged to Buner District.
The main gate of police station was destroyed in the terrorists attack while the attackers managed to escape after firing from both sides for a long time.
