Mumbai – November 14 (Online): Trouble mounts for Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra as the couple is now facing a cheating complaint.
According to a news-report by Indian media outlet, a businessman has lodged a cheating and forgery complaint against the couple and demanded Rs 1.51 crore.
This case is connected to a fitness enterprise started by Shilpa and Raj. It is being alleged that the couple took money from investors across the country for this venture. The complainant has alleged that when he demanded the return of his Rs 1.51 crore, the couple threatened him.
After being released on bail, Raj Kundra was spotted for the first time in public last week with wife Shilpa Shetty. The couple was snapped performing pooja and offered prayers at an iconic temple during their stay in Himachal Pradesh. Back in the city, Shilpa made a solo appearance at the airport while her kids and Raj were missing.
