Miami Grandma’s Favorite Section

Every morning in Miami, 82-year-old Dorothy had the same routine.

Coffee? ✔️
Reading glasses? ✔️
Newspaper? ✔️

Her granddaughter noticed something strange.

“Grandma, you don’t read the news first. You always flip straight to the marriage ads!”

Dorothy smiled.
“At my age, bad news can wait… good opportunities can’t.”

The granddaughter laughed.
“But Grandma, those ads are mostly from men in their 60s and 70s!”

Dorothy shrugged.
“I’ve learned never to judge by the headline.”

A week later, the granddaughter asked,
“So… did anyone interesting message you?”

Dorothy grinned from ear to ear.

“Oh yes! Three gentlemen wrote to me.”

“Three? That’s amazing! Which one are you going to choose?”

Dorothy folded the newspaper, winked, and said,

“Choose? Honey, at my age I’m not looking for Mr. Right… I’m interviewing for the longest-lasting pension plan!” 😂
