Islamabad, Jan 2 (Online): Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has decided not to resign from the government committees related to energy and national savings policy on the request of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
According to the sources, there has been progress on the matter of Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s resignation from the party post.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi agreed with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and decided not to resign from the Energy Saving Committee and Reform Committees.
According to sources, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi had a long one-on-one meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
After this meeting, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi also participated in the meeting related to the National Energy Saving Policy.
According to PML-N sources, Shahid Khaqan complained of not taking into confidence on important decisions related to party affairs.
Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has also decided not to resign from the government committees related to energy and national savings policy on the request of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
