ISLAMABAD, Dec 01 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has imposed fine of Rs 25000 on Civil Aviation due to non appearance of its counsel during the hearing of the petition filed by retired employees of Civil Aviation against not increasing their pension.
Justice Babar Sattar of IHC slapped fine.
On the previous hearing, fine to the tune of Rs25000 was imposed on Civil Aviation for not filing reply.
Asif Ali Tamboli appeared in the court on behalf of retired employees.
As many as 79 retired employees have filed petition against not increasing their pension by Civil Aviation.
