LAHORE, January 27 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has nullified the decision for dismissing the bail pleas of PTI founder in seven cases.
Court has maintained in its written decision PTI founder could not appear in the trial court due to his arrest.
The court remarked trial court did not correctly review the facts. Therefore, the decision to annul bail pleas of PTI founder is declared null and void.
It is pertinent to mention here the trial court will decide the bail pleas till February 6 through video link.
