KSrelief ensures food security for 184,800 beneficiaries in Pakistan

Islamabad (PNI) King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre (KSrelief) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the first phase of our food security project for the year
2023-24 in Pakistan. In collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), we have distributed a total of 26,400 food packages, weighing (2,508) tons, to flood-affected and deserving individuals residing in 12 districts (Jaffarabad, Usta Muhammad, Sohbatpur, in Baluchistan, Rajgal, Karak, Banu, Upper Swat in KP, Rajanpur and DG Khan in Punjab, larkana and Umerkot in Sindh) across pakistan.

The first phase of this initiative has greatly impacted the lives of 184,800 beneficiaries throughout the country. Each food package, weighing 95 kgs, contains essential provisions including 80kg of flour, 5 liters of cooking oil, 5kg of sugar, and 5kg of Daal Chana, providing sustenance for a family throughout the month.
