Incitement against state institutions case: Court adjourns indictment of Shahbaz Gill

ISLAMABAD, JAN 06 (Online): The court has adjourned the proceedings of indictment of PTI leader Shahbaz Gill till January 20 in inciting the people against state institutions case.

The case came up for hearing before additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra Friday.

The counsel for accused Ammad Yousuf told the court his client has caught malaria. The exemption plea is being filed on behalf of Ammad Yousuf.

The court remarked it seems as if turns are fixed here. Shahbaz Gill has returned from Lahore by ambulance but he has not come from Karachi.

The medical report of Ammad Yousuf was presented in the court.

The counsel for Shahbaz Gill told the court Shahbaz Gill is present in ambulance outside the court.

The judge remarked this matter is lingering on.

The counsel said they get issue arrest warrants of ailing person.

The court while issuing bailable arrest warrants of Ammad Yousuf against the surety bonds in sum of Rs 50000 adjourned the hearing of the case.

The proceedings of indictment of Shahbaz Gill were adjourned till January 20.
