ISLAMABAD, MARCH 25 (Online): District and Sessions Court Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of defamation case against Najjam Sethi without proceeding further in the case.
The proceedings were adjourned being additional sessions judge Umeed Ali Baloch on leave.
The next hearing of case will take place on March 27.
PTI chairman Imran Khan had filed defamation suit of Rs 10 billion. The case was submitted in district court of Islamabad under section 4 of defamation ordinance-2002.
Najjam Sethi had given news about family life of Imran Khan in a private TV program on March 28, 2019.
