ISLAMABAD, Dec 30 (ONLINE): Judicial Magistrate Yasir Chaudhry has rejected police plea for granting further physical remand of Manzoor Pashteen head leader of Pashtoon Tahhafaz Movement (PTM) and ordered to send him to jail.
The case against Manzoor Pashteen came up for hearing in district and sessions court Islamabad Saturday.
Manzoor Pashteen was presented in the court of judicial magistrate Yasir Chaudhry on completion of two days physical remand.
Police while presenting Manzoor Pashteen in connection with the case registered in police station requested the court to grant more physical remand.
The court while rejecting police plea for further physical remand sent Manzoor Pashteen to jail.
The counsel for Manzoor Pashteen filed bail plea. The court issued notice to the respondents on bail plea for January 02.
