Two planes collided at the Mexico airport, five including child dies

Mexico City Sep 26 (Online): Two private planes collided and crashed on the runway of an airport in Mexico, resulting in the death of 5 people including a child.

According to the international News Agency, the collision occurred at an unknown airport in the western region of Mexico, Durango, when a plane took off at the same time and another plane was landing at the same time.

The accident took place on a runway that was built on unpaved ground and mostly operated by small single-engine aircraft.

The collision was so dangerous that both the planes burst into flames and both crashed on the runway. Both the planes that crashed were small single-engine planes.

During rescue operations, fire brigade personnel brought the fire under control while 5 bodies, including a child, were recovered from the wreckage of the planes. The identities of the dead have not been revealed.

A total of 5 people were on board both the planes and none of them survived.

Aviation has ordered an investigation into the incident.
