ISLAMABAD, Sep 12 (Online): Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad has withdrawn MPO order issued against PTI president Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.
The case against MPO order related to Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi came up for hearing before Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday.
Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri took up the case for hearing.
During the hearing of the case DC Islamabad informed the court MPO order issued against Pervaiz Elahi has been withdrawn.
Upon it the court disposed of Pervaiz Elahi petition.
The court remarked give us number of other FIR in which Pervaiz Elahi has been arrested.
It is pertinent to mention here the court had suspended the MPO order and ordered to release Pervaiz Elahi. The court had directed DC Islamabad to appear before it in person on Tuesday.
