ISLAMABAD, SEP 12 (ONLINE): Supreme Court (SC) has rejected review petition to include former president Pervez Musharraf name in Exit Control List (ECL).
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan took the petition for hearing Tuesday.
Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan remarked this petition has become in-fructuous.
Lawyer Tausif Asif said if case is fixed after 6 years then it will become in-fructuous.
Later the SC dismissed the petition being in- fructuous.
It is pertinent to mention here former president Pervez Musharraf who was facing several case including high treason case had died on February 05, 2023.
