ISLAMABAD, March 28 (ONLINE): Federal Government Housing Federation (FGHF) has filed petition in Supreme Court (SC) seeking urgent hearing of cases pending hearing since the last 6 months.The petition has been filed under the directives of federal minister for housing.
It has been prayed in the petition the case be heard immediately and decision be given on the petitions. It was further said in the petition that case regarding allotment in sectors F-14, 15, F-12 and G-12 is pending since the last 6 months. Hundreds of government employees and officers stand deprive of plots for not fixing the petition for hearing and for not deciding the case.
The case is registered in SC since 2022.
