RAWALPINDI, July 28 (Online): Civil judge, judicial magistrate Rawalpindi Khalid Hayat has ordered to send 3 accused including Seemabia Tahir former Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) of PTI to Adiala jail for identification parade.
The three accused including PTI former MPA Seemabia Tahir are arrested in May 9 vandalism and riots case.
The court ordered jail superintendent to make necessary arrangements for identification parade of the accused.
The court directed that the accused should not be allowed to meet any one till the completion of the identification parade.
On the petition from the accused in connection with their medical checkup the court ordered Supdt jail the medical checkup of the accused be also got done in jail.
The Investigation inspector of the case presented Seemabia Tahir, Shakir Tahseen and Munsif Alam in the court under stringent security measures.
Muhammad Faisal Malik, Nabeel Satti and Aqil Khan advocate of the accused were also present in the court.
The investigation officer of the case requested the court in writing to order for sending the accused persons to judicial lock up for identification parade.
The counsels of the accused while opposing judicial lock up requested the court to discharge the three accused from the case keeping in view facts.
The accused filed petition in connection with their medical checkup.
