Plea against Murad Saeed, Azam Sawati possible arrest set for hearing

PESHAWAR 30 May (Online): Plea against possible arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) central leaders and former federal ministers Murad saeed and Azam Sawati has set to hear in Peshawar High Court (PHC).

Two members bench of Chief Justice Peshawar High Court Musarrat Hilali and Justice Waqar Ahmed will hear the application.

Senior lawer Qazi Muhammad Anwar submitted the application.
Application opinionated that police is making raids at both politicians without telling any reason.

He said application was submitted to police and parties to give details of cases but no details were given.

Keep clear that after May 9 violent incidents, police raided Muraad Saeed house to arrest him but he is still in hide.
