An elderly couple in their late 70s walks into a high-end marriage counselor’s office in New York.

The husband says, “Doc, we don’t want to talk. We just want you to sit there and watch us have marital intimacy.”

The therapist is completely bewildered, but they pay his $100 cash fee upfront, so he agrees. They do their thing, the therapist takes notes, and they leave. This exact routine happens every week for two months.

Finally, the therapist can’t take the curiosity anymore. “Look, you two are perfectly healthy. Why are you paying me a hundred dollars just to watch you?”

The old man chuckles and says, “Doc, it’s simple math. The Holiday Inn down the street charges $160 a night. The Hilton charges $220. You only charge $100, and because it’s a medical clinic, Medicare reimburses me 80% of it!”

Two old ladies, Betty and Martha, are enjoying a sunny afternoon on a park bench. As they are chatting, Martha notices something strange stuck inside Betty’s left ear.
