Three young ladies in their twenties were getting ready for a big Friday night party.
Ashley showed up wearing a stunning little black dress and asked, “Be honest, girls. Does this dress make me look irresistible?”
Her friend Megan smiled. “Absolutely. Every guy in the room will be staring at you.”
Ashley grinned proudly.
Then Brittany walked out of the bedroom wearing a glamorous red dress with a daring neckline.
“Well?” she asked. “What do you think?”
Megan laughed. “Half the men will forget their own names when they see you.”
Brittany struck a pose and blew an imaginary kiss.
Finally, Megan disappeared into the bathroom and emerged wearing jeans, sneakers, and an oversized sweatshirt.
Ashley and Brittany stared.
“That’s your outfit?”
“Yep.”
“For a party?”
“Yep.”
The two friends burst out laughing.
Ashley said, “Megan, no guy is going to notice you dressed like that!”
Megan shrugged.
“Maybe not.”
Brittany smirked. “Then why are you wearing it?”
Megan smiled and held up a car key.
“Because while you two are busy attracting the guys… I’m attracting the millionaire who owns the house.”
Ashley blinked. “How?”
Megan jingled the key again.
“Because I’m his daughter, and if this party gets out of control, everyone’s going home.”
Suddenly the two glamorous young ladies looked very nervous.
Megan grinned.
“Funny how fast the hottest girl at the party becomes the one holding the house keys.” 😄
