An elderly woman from California bought a beautiful piece of timberland in Oregon.

At the highest point stood a massive tree, so she decided to climb it for a better view.

Halfway up, a spotted owl went full attack mode on her.

Panicking, she slid all the way down—ending up with painful splinters in places no one wants splinters. 😳

She rushed straight to a doctor.

After hearing the story, he sent her into the exam room…

…and kept her waiting for THREE hours.

Furious, she snapped, “What took you so long?!”

The doctor sighed and said:

I needed approval from the EPA, the Forest Service… and two lawyers.” 😭😂
