HYDERABAD, Mar 09 (APP): Murder case of senior Dermatologist Dr Dharam Dev Rathi has been registered against another unknown accused here on Wednesday, while the main accused, a car driver is already in police custody.
The Bhitai Nagar Police has registered a murder case on the complaint of slain doctor’s brother Ashok Kumar under Section 302 and 34 of the Pakistan Panel Code and started investigation of the case.
Dr Rathi was brutally murdered late Tuesday night at his residence in Citizen Colony area of Qasimabad.
The main accused in the murder case Hanif Leghari, who was arrested by the Hyderabad Police on Wednesday, had confessed to the killing of Dr Dharam Dev Raathi.
