Lahore, Aug 18 (Online): The letter written by the commanding officer to the in-charge investigation police station Sarwar Road for Hasan Niazi’s military custody has been submitted to the court.
And said that Hassan Niazi is involved in the May Jinnah House attack case and is in police custody. Hasan Niazi has been found guilty of violating the Official Secrets Act.
Under the Army Act, the military authority has the right to try Hasan Niazi in a court martial. Hassan Khan Niazi should be handed over to the Army for further investigation and trial.
