ISLAMABAD, August 15 (Online): PTI leader Shahbaz Gill has filed petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) seeking dismissal of case against him.
The petition was filed by Shahbaz Gill through his counsel Faisal Chaudhry advocate.
The petitioner took the plea case registered against him was against the law and based on ill intent. Police registered case only to show its loyalty to government. The case was registered only for the sake of political agenda of the government. There is no way left before me except to knock the door of high court to seek refuge against the tyranny.
It is requested to court to dismiss the FIR lodged against him, he prayed.
