Registrar IHC issues circular on appearance of Imran Khan in court

ISLAMABAD, April 03 (ONLINE): Registrar Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued circular in connection with appearance of PTI chairman Imran Khan appearance in the court on April 6.

IHC has directed district administration to make security arrangements.

The circular says the entry of lawyers and journalists will be allowed through special passes. As many as 15 lawyers will be allowed to enter into court room along with Imran Khan. 10 lawyers of Attorney general and advocate general offices will be allowed to go to court room. Entry of 30 members of Islamabad High Court journalists has been allowed.

Directives have been issued for providing lists in connection with preparation of special passes for entry into court room till April 04.
The administration has been ordered not to bar from entering into court room those possessing special passes and departmental cards.

Officers, subordinate staff and employees of IHC will be exempted from passes. Those possessing special passes will be allowed to go to court room No 1.

The hearing of bail plea of Imran Khan in 8 cases will take place at 2.30 pm.
