ISLAMABAD, April 13 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has wrapped up the case of provision of details of cases in respect of PTI leader Murad Saeed as police have provided the details in court.
The case regarding provision of details of cases against Murad Saeed came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir here Thursday.
Sher Afzal counsel for Murad Saeed appeared in the court.
He took the plea in the court Murad Saeed is facing security threat. I
Islamabad Police have withdrawn security from him. He should be provided security.
The honorable judge of court remarked any document should be file. What security has been withdrawn? We see it.
FIA while filing details told the court there is no case of FIA against Murad Saeed. Police submitted details of 8 cases registered against Murad Saeed.
The court later wrapped up Murad Saeed case in connection with provision of details of the cases.
