ISLAMABAD, May 17 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has declared the detention of PTI leaders Ali Muhammad Khan and Maleeka Bukhari null and void besides issuing orders to release them.
The petition against detention of Ali Muhammad Khan and Maleeka Bukhari came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Wednesday.
The court while declaring the detention of these two leaders of PTI under MPO null and void ordered for their immediate release.
Cases are registered against these two leaders under 3-MPO.
