ISLAMABAD, Feb 24 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted special bench in respect of both the appeals of PTI founder.
Registrar high court has fixed the appeals for hearing on Monday.
A special bench comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamir Farooq and justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb has been constituted .
Sheh Mehmood Qureshi appeals in cipher case have also been fixed for hearing on Monday. Tosha Khana appeal plea from Bushra Bibi will also be heard. A special bench will hear the appeal pleas of PTI founder, Bushra Bibi and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
The pleas for their release on bail after suspending the sentence will also be heard simultaneously.
