ISLAMABAD, Feb 25 (Online): FIA has filed petition in banking court in connection with medical examination of Imran Khan.
FIA has requested through its petition in banking court that a medical board of PIMS or Polyclinic be constituted for medical examination of Imran Khan.
FIA has taken the plea Imran Khan is misusing the facility after getting interim bail and he is not appearing in the court.
Imran Khan Plea for extension in bail is pending hearing in banking court. Imran Khan is not cooperating with FIA in the matter of investigation.
According to FIA, Imran Khan is facing the problem of orthopedic but he is filing medical report in cancer hospital. Imran Khan himself heads Shaukat Khanum hospital. We cannot accept the medical report as credible.
FIA while requesting for medical examination of Imran Khan from PIMS or polyclinic hospital has said that the reports of these institutions can be considered.
FIA prayed the court to constitute a medical board for medical examination of Imran Khan besides directing PTI chairman to present report in the court.
