BAHAWALPUR, Sep 07 (APP):The Department of Information Security, the Islamia University of Bahawalpur (IUB) and the Internet of Things Centre Islamabad have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for technical consultations to underscore efforts on both sides to advance research and development in information technology and other emerging technologies.
The MoU was signed by IUB Vice Chancellor Engr Prof Dr Athar Mahboob and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Internet of Things Centre Ammar Jafri.
The MoU affirms partnership between the two sides, with an immediate focus on smart life, information security and economic recovery from the pandemic of COVID-19. The MoU will leverage each side’s comparative advantage to support high-quality and sustainable research and development outcomes.
