ISLAMABAD, March 22 (Online): President Arif Alvi has accorded approval to restructuring of National Economic Council (NEC).
The restructuring has been made due to induction of new governments in KP and Punjab.
SM Tanvir minister for energy, industries, commerce of Punjab and Himayat Ullah Khan Advisor on finance, energy from KP have been appointed members of NEC.
President has given approval for restructuring NEC on the advice of Prime Miniser under article 156-A of the constitution.
