Islamabad High Court to hear PTI’s plea against resignations’ acceptance today

ISLAMABAD – August 3 (ONLINE) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s plea challenging the ‘gradual acceptance’ of their resignations today (Thursday).

Earlier, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday directed the PTI to remove the objections of Registrar’s Office on party’s petition challenging the acceptance of resignations of 11 PTI MNAs.

According to a Cause List issued by IHC’s registrar, Acting Chief Judge Justice Amir Farooq will hear the plea. PTI has removed registrar’s objections by submitting the Authority letter. Faisal Chaudhry is PTI’s counsel in this case.
