ISLAMABAD: Gold prices decreased in the local market on Monday, with the price of 24-karat gold falling by Rs1,800 to Rs466,136 per tola, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold declined by Rs1,543 to Rs399,636, whereas 10 grams of 22-karat gold decreased by Rs1,414 to Rs366,346.
In the international market, the price of gold fell by $18 to $4,436 per ounce, the association reported.
Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs67 to Rs7,179, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs57 to Rs6,154.
The price of silver in the international market increased by $0.67 to $67.00 per ounce, the association added.
