Islamabad, 30th January, 2023 (Online): Federal Minister for Finance and revenue, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting on the Telecom sector at the Finance Division today.
Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunication, Syed Amin Ul Haque, Federal Minister for Law and Justice Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar, Secretary Finance, Secretary Privatization and Secretary IY & Telecom participated in the meeting.
The meeting discussed Telecom sector in general and PTCL in particular. Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar underscored the significance of this sector and emphasized that the nominee Directors of the Government on the Borad of PTCL must make active contribution for the best possible performance of the PTCL.
