ISLAMABAD, June 22 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order on hearing of petition seeking recovery of kidnapped citizen of Azad Kashmir Khawaja Khurshid.
The court while ordering sectors commanders of ISI and IB to file reports with their own signatures remarked sector commanders of ISI and IB of Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Azad Kashmir should file their reports.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani issued written order wherein it was said that FIA and CTD filed written report according to which the kidnapped person is not in their custody.
Law officer of ministry of defence appeared in the court and sought more time. The representative of ministry of defence said that they have received notice a day before.
The next hearing of the case will take place on June 24.
