ISLAMABAD, January 20 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) has constituted new bench in connection with petition filed by PTI founder against his jail trial in NAB case.
The bench will include Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq and Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri.
The two members bench will hear the case on Monday January 22.
The bench was changed after justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb had proceeded on leave.
Justice Miangul Hassan remarked on Thursday case will be fixed in available bench in coming days.
A two members bench presided over by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb had issued notices to respondents on Thursday.
Earlier two members bench comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir had heard the case on Thursday.
