ISLAMABAD, DEC 30 (Online): Judge Muhammad Bashir of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has adjourned hearing of separate references related to Tosha Khana and 190 million pounds financial scandals against PTI founder and his wife Bushra Begum till January 04 without proceedings.
Arguments were to be given on bail pleas filed by PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi during the hearing on Saturday while both were to be indicted in Toshakhana reference. However NAB deputy Prosecutor General Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi could not appear being unwell.
Upon it the hearing was adjourned.
It is pertinent to mention here Latif Khosa counsel for accused had completed his arguments on previous hearing. All the documents including copies of case were provided to the accused in Toshakhana reference.
