ISLAMABAD, Oct 13 (Online): Islamabad High Court (IHC) while hearing petition of former MNA Ali Wazir seeking quashment of the case registered in Bhara Kahu police station on the matter of providing financial assistance to anti state elements has issued notice to the respondents.
The court has sought reply from them.
The court has clubbed the case with Ali Wazir pending petition.
The case came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb Friday.
Atta Ullah Kundi counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court and took the plea already another application of Ali Wazir for quashment of FIR is pending hearing.
Ali Wazir application seeking quashment of terrorism case is fixed for hearing on November 30.
The court issued notice to the respondents for arguments.
The court while clubbing the petition with the case already pending hearing adjourned the hearing of the case till November 30.
