ISLAMABAD, SEP 09 (ONLINE): Chairman PTI Imran Khan has approached Supreme Court (SC) against official secret act and army amendment act.
PTI chairman has filed constitutional petition in SC through his counsel Shoaib Shaheen making president, secretary National Assembly (NA), ministries of interior and law respondents.
The petitioner has taken plea in the petition army amendment act and official secret act run contrary to article 10-A,article-8 and article 19 of the constitution. President has not signed act.
The petitioner has requested the court to declare official secret act and army amendment act null and void besides suspending both the laws till the decision of the constitutional petition.
