Pakistan won the war against India on the tennis court

ISLAMABAD Nov 10 (Online): Pakistan won the war against India in the tennis court and crushed the pride of All Indian Tennis Association.

According to the details, the Pakistan Tennis Federation officials have confirmed that the All Indian Tennis Association, following the Indian Cricket Board, refused to send the Indian tennis team to Pakistan on the pretext of security and demanded that the match of the Davis Cup tie scheduled in Islamabad should be shifted to a neutral venue.

On this issue, the International Tennis Davis Cup administration had formed a 15-member committee before which Pakistan had presented ample arguments in support of its position and requested to reject the Indian justification.

The committee members have expressed their satisfaction over the security situation in Pakistan and while recognizing Pakistan’s stand, they have directed the All India Tennis Association to send the Indian tennis team to Pakistan for the Davis Cup tie.

Pakistan Tennis officials have thanked the organizers for accepting the position.
