KARACHI Oct 27 (Online): Sarfraz Ahmed, the captain of Karachi Whites, the winning team of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, gave the credit of the victory to the team management.
In a special video released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Karachi Whites captain Sarfraz Ahmed said that the credit for the victory in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy goes to the team management.
Sarfaraz Ahmed said that the team’s combination was very good, there were senior players like Khurram Manzoor, Asad Shafiq, Tabish Khan, Masood Mir Hamza and Nouman Ali, while also young players in the form of Saim Ayub, Umeer bin Yousuf and Hammad Alam.
He said that he carried the team along, due to which the result came very well, I try to do well for the team whenever I play domestic tournaments, this time also the target was to perform in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, I am happy that Whatever performances there were, they worked for the team.
He said that the good thing is that regional cricket has revived, players are getting more opportunities. He added that players are now playing quality cricket in domestic cricket.
