LAHORE, Oct 17 (Online): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has dismissed bail plea of PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid in police station Shadman case being ineffective.
Judge Arshid Javed of ATC Lahore heard the bail plea.
Prosecutor took the plea that Yasmin Rashid is on physical remand again in police station Shadman case. New clauses have been included in the case.
Prosecutor told further that bail plea of Yasmin Rashid remained no more sustainable.
The court dismissed bail plea being in-fructuous.
