ISLAMABAD, Sep 21 (Online): Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa slapped fine of Rs 5000 on a lawyer for wasting time of court.
The fine was imposed on lawyer for wasting time of court in property case.
The court remarked the counsel of the applicant tried to mislead the court.
Moving to the lawyer, the CJP remarked the court has lost faith in you due to your this action.”Deposit the amount in charity of your own choice and present the receipt before court after paying the amount”.
