ISLAMABAD, SEP 02 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has approved bail after arrest plea of Imaan Mazari against surety bond in the sum of Rs 10000 in the case registered in Bhara Kahu police station.
The bail after arrest plea of Imaan Mazari came up for hearing before judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of Anti Terrorism Court Islamabad Saturday.
Shireen Mazari mother of Imaan Mazari, lawyers, Zainab Janjua and Qaisar Imam appeared in the court.
The court while accepting bail plea of Imaan Mazari ordered to file surety bond in the sum of Rs 10000.
The ATC had ordered to send Imaan Mazaari to jail on judicial remand in previous hearing. Later bail after arrest plea was filed in respect of Imaan Mazari.
On the request of counsels for Imaan Mazari the court had fixed bail plea for hearing on Saturday. The court had ordered to keep Imaan Mazari in women police station Islamabad instead of Adiala jail.
