LHC rejects barrister Suleman Safdar plea in connection with his meeting with Imran Khan

LAHORE, Aug 31 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has rejected barrister Suleman Safdar plea for his meeting with chairman PTI in jail declaring it non-maintainable.

Barrister Suleman Safdar plea in connection with his meeting with chairman PTI in jail came up for hearing before LHC Thursday.

Chief Justice Muhammad Amir Bhatti took up for hearing plea from barrister Suleman Safdar.

The court remarked chairman PTI is in the custody of FIA Islamabad. This falls in jurisdiction of Islamabad High Court (IHC). How can the court interfere in the matters of IHC? It is better you should resort to IHC.

It is pertinent to mention here Imran Khan is in Attock jail on 14 days judicial remand in cipher case.
