ISLAMABAD, AUG 24 (ONLINE): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has rejected the plea for granting more physical remand of Pushtoon Tahaffaz Movement (PTM) leader Ali Wazir in inciting to sedition and threatening case.
The court sent Ali Wazir to Adiala jail on judicial remand.
Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of ATC heard the case.
Prosecutor told the court during the hearing voice matching and photogrammetric test have been got done. Transcript of written speeches has to be recovered.
Prosecutor requested the court to grant more physical remand of Ali Wazir.
The court inquired 3 days was given. Investigation officer has done what in these days.
The court rejected the plea for further physical remand.
The court sent Ali Wazir to Adiala jail on judicial remand.
