ISLAMABAD, April 29 (Online): Police have registered the case against former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Parvez Elahi.
Police have registered the case against more than 50 unidentified persons including Parvez Elahi for putting up resistance during raid on house of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) President Ch Parvez Elahi.
On the other hand, it has been decided by Parvez Elahi to approach Lahore High Court against the case of police resistance.
Parvez Elahi has constituted 7-member team of legal experts in connection with the case.
Advocate Sarmad Ghani, Aamir Syed, Mazhar Iqbal and Taiyab Usman will be part of 7-member legal team.
Asim Chema, Safdar Bosaal and Nadir Gull are also included in Legal team of Parvez Elahi.
