Gen (Retd) Bajwa said to Hafiz Sheikh to print currency notes: Fawad Chaudhry

Lahore, March 09 (ONLINE): PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has disclosed former army chief Gen (Retd) Qamar Javed Bajwa said to Hafiz Sheikh to print currency notes.

Hafiz Shah grew weary over it and said let us do our job. The incumbent government is puppet government and establishment is running it., he said this while talking in a private TV program.

Businessmen get frame policies for minting money, he remarked. The business men have no position in national economy. The overseas Pakistanis have their role in national economy. We will have to see the role of overseas Pakistanis if we have to correct the economy.

We want to go ahead as per constitution, he held. The incumbent government is puppet government.

Question was put to Imran Khan as to why he does not meet army chief, he replied he will do meet him if he wants to meet, he added.

He stated he had met Gen (Retd) Bajwa twice. When Imran Khan talked of reconciliation then they started registering cases against him. This gave the impression if he talks of reconciliation then they will mount.

It has been made incumbent on Mohsin Naqvi government to kill the people to stop election. One PTI man has been killed. Our rally was scheduled rally and it was attacked suddenly, he added.

PTI cancelled rally to avoid bloody clash, he indicated.

Army is ruling the country now, he said adding the responsibility of Shahbaz Sharif is only to receive abuses from the nation and he is discharging this obligation.
